When using Customer templates that have a dimension assigned the initial settings are applied as expected. If a different template should be applied to update customer settings that has a different dimension value, the dimension value does not get updated if one already exists. CustType dimension is global dimension 2. For instance, Template1 has a CustType dimension of AIRCARRIER. A new customer CUST1 is created with this template and default dimension is created. If Template2 is applied to an existing customer (CUST1) that has CustType dimension of GRNSTATION, then default dimension does not update. If an existing customer does not have a CustType default dimension and a template is applied the CustType dimension updates as expected.
