There is a component that is available to use in a LiveChat widget for star rated feedback. It turned out this component is not supported in the widget however, and there is currently no alternative on how to collect feedback from customers easily at the click of a button at the end of a conversation. The current component actually captures the click that the user does, so for example, if the user clicks on the third star, out of five, a rating of three will be saved. However, visually, this is not reflected. The image of the star rating is static and does not change to reflect the selection made. All that is required is for this component to be made usable or else provide something similar but alternative to this component for the collection of feedback.
