If a Chart of Accounts record does not have any transaction activity, and is not currently linked to a Ledger record, the system should allow deletion of the CoA record. Currently, there is no way to delete a record created by mistake. If there are no transaction records linked to the Chart of Accounts, and no link to a Ledger the Delete button should be active for removal of the Chart of Accounts.
