On Web Client Interface, "Hierarchy" icon is displayed on the left side of the records which has "record hierarchy" in the view screen. On UCI, only [View Hierarchy] button appears when you check the record which has "record hierarchy", but "Hierarchy" icon never be displayed. It is impossible to recognize if the record has "record hierarchy" from the view screen on UCI and it is inconvenience. It would be great if "Hierarchy" icon can be displayed in the view screen on UCI as well as on Web Client Interface.

Lately we got information from MS Support this feature is going to be deprecated and the suggestion was to create a custom PCF control which sounds like crazy to us. Please make it OOF feature as it (still) is and was. From the support email: Issue: Hierarchy view icon is not visible neither in Accounts views nor Account formAnalysis: We had a conversation that the hierarchy control feature has been deprecated and also provide you with steps to enable hierarchy control feature at App level or use PCF control. We also provide you with the idea's portal address (here) to suggest the need for feature to stay as user wanted. All feature requests in the Ideas portal are voted by real product users. The more votes a request gets the higher the chance it will be considered and possibly included in a future release. The voting system is here to prove the market demand and prioritize each feature accordingly. So indeed - please vote for this hierarchy functionality to remain / stay alive!

In addition to "Hierarchy" icon, "Product" icon is NOT displayed on Unified Client Interface. Both "Hierarchy" and "Product" icons used to be displayed, so the user was able to check the target product detail at a glance. It is very inconvenient now because both "Hierarchy" and "Product" icons are NOT displayed there.

agree, we are missing this, too , especially in Accounts

This is indeed a generic missing feature. The hierarchy icon is missing in all grids where a hierarchy is involved.
