Support about Catch-weight co-products and catch-weight products in Planning optimization.

It is a necessary functionality, in classic master planning is active but in Planning optimization is considered as a gap, according with the support team of Microsoft.

Integrate missing functionality, for example: in the case catch-weight co-product, if exists a source demand in a sales order it should create a planned production order according with the planning formula configurated in the released product. 

Other example of missing functionality: integrate (automatic way) the catch-weight quantity in the planned orders, because this data is necessary to type.
