When an account structure is modified and activated, the allowed values are validated in order to check if there are overlappings with other accounts structures applied for a particular legal entity. This makes sence fo course.

However, if we have a couple of accounts structure in the draft mode, the validation is done against the latest active version as well. This leads to the necessity that - in case I have a couple of changes - I need to redefine all account structures with some simple dummy values, activate all of them, then upload the real values and finally activate all structures again. This is not very user-friendly.

The idea is to validate only against the active structures and not against the latest active structures of the draft versions.
