On the Personnel Management's Person profile, under Work History\Summary tab, there is a "Legal Entity" associated with existing or new employment history, that once associated with the position, cannot be changed.
The only thing that can be edited are the dates/times of employment. There is also no "Delete" button to make corrections, so all that can be done is to reduce the dates/times to be 1 minute apart.
We should be able to edit the legal entity dropdown options in the "Add Employment" or "Edit Dates" menus. Organizations can have multiple branches and other reasons for being able to change this. As a government organization, we use it to track prior public service, which is standard practice for government agencies.
