I was not able as Admin to delete the Developer environment from Power Platform Admin Center. Thanks to Microsoft Support I deleted it through PowerShell. Why an Admin cannot delete the Developer Environment? If there isn't any critical reason, it must be able to delete from the Power Platform Admin Center like another environment.
