Large solutions are painful to work with, and difficult to segment once created. It would be good if Microsoft provided stronger guidance and nudges towards using best practices.

Ideas such as show warnings when

• a solution gets above 50 tables
• takes longer than 10 minutes to install
• takes longer than 3 minutes to export.

Adjust the numbers above as appropriate.
