Code review policy in Azure DevOps projects with Team Foundation Version Control

When using Team Foundation Version Control on Azure DevOps projects it is not possible to setup mandatory code review before checking in code. It would be nice to be able to set this up as a check-in Policy.

This is about Azure DevOps and Visual Studio - not about Dynamics 365. And it should already be doable with the right check-in policy, such as https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ColinD.ColinsALMCheckinPoliciesVS2017.
If you mean that something in the integration of F&O to Visual Studio prevents you from doing that, providing some details would be useful.
