Turn off filtering by related records in UCI

In the Classic Interface, Lookup fields have the ability to turn off filtering by related records however in the Unified Interface this option is missing need to provide this option also in UCI so that users can turn off the filtering based on the related record

In our business scenario we pre-filter the contacts for the related accounts which is already added in the case. This helps the users to find the contact quickly. But not always the contact needs to be from the added account. Then the filter should be removed by the user. This is not possible anymore with the UCI and we therefore will disable the pre-fitering which leads to a lower user acceptance.
