Easy click into certificate overview from expiring records

Hi, When you have the total overview of expiring records, you want to click of those that expires, but it is not possible. To go to the certificates you click on the employee, then further to certificate and find the overview. It could be much easier if you just click on the certificate type from expiring record-site and come directly into the overview of the certificate of the current employee.
