Currently when you setup an OData sources to be used with virtual entities, it is only possible to configure a source url. No authentication method and credentials can be supplied
This only works if you are accessing information that is already in the public and doesn't need authentication. Adding an API key in the request header or parameters is an hack that is not usable in a lot of situations.

Please enhance this odata provider to support authentication methods like none, basic, client certificate, active directory oauth, raw, etc...
