We had a series of problems with the original KCL instance (kcl0) where the sync with Customer Insights (DCI) stopped working.  We have since been told by Chrisitian Abeln that we should not sync any of the legacy Marketing entities as this apparently causes problems (although we have not had issues with this in other tenants).

We really need to be able to sync Campaigns and Campaign Responses to Customer Insights so that we can perform segmentation.
