The potential future option to track team member unemployment tracking might be potentially helpful for purpose to follow up unemployed team members for purpose of potential re-hiring, as per business development plans and/or in the event of an emergency financial event.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for Talent. Currently there is the ability to see terminated workers, as well as see if they are available for re-hire. Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
