In the Asset Management mobile app, users can currently attach photos, videos, or other documents only during the initial creation of a work order. After the work order has been created, there is no option to add additional attachments from the app we would like to enable a feature like this for the users because allowing post‑creation attachments would improve productivity and bring the Asset Management mobile app in line with modern field service expectations.
