When a vendor invoice is received via an invoice automation software party, the financial tag on the vendor invoice journal is not applied, even though the invoice contains information that meets the criteria defined in the financial tag rules and therefore a financial tag is expected on the vendor invoice journal.

In other words: the financial tag rules will be ignored in case a vendor invoice will be inserted via vendor invoice automation software.
