D365 Marketing license for "development" environments

To cater for normal ALM-setups with many different environments - dev, staging, test, etc - it would be good with an affordable "development" D365 Marketing license that can be used for non-production sandbox orgs.

Closing as this license use-case is already implemented as a Non-Production License for Dynamics 365 Marketing and is evidenced in the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide

I vote on this! It is now a huge investment for clients to deploy Marketing and this is a reason we have lost a sales case also.
