The language we pick to send prompts is the same as the one set in voice channel settings. We want to change the language.


We have created an IVR system with four languages, each regional language assigned to its own voice channel. The English option is available only as a speaking option in Copilot Studio. However, when users choose English, the queue position message still plays in the local language instead of English. Although the messages in Copilot Studio use SSML tags and are set up for English, they continue to play in the local language. In the customer service workspace, the queue position message is configured for each voice channel, so it defaults to the local language rather than English.


Please help to add this feature in next release.
