1) The Sales & Receivable setup provides functionality to define a Default Posting Date to "No Date". However, when a warehouse Shipment is Created from a Sales order the Warehouse Shipment automatically shows a Posting Date as the date of creation of the Document. There should be an option to set Default Posting Date on Warehouse Shipments to "No Date".

2) Additionally, there should be an option similar to one developed for Great Britain Localization which provides an option on Sales & receivable Setup to start a notification warning in case if the Posting Date is before Work Date of the User. The same kind of notification warning will be really helpful for Indian Localization as well.
