Summary: Issue was reported in support case – 2504090040016908 , where customer requested an option to view all suppressed emails in one place in Customer Insights Journeys.
Business impact from customer:
There is currently no way to view all the suppressed emails in CIJ, we have to go to each contact record and then communications tab to check if the email is suppressed or check the suppressed emails in a journey. Customer wants to see all the suppressed emails in the organization in one place or export them into a report so that they can reach out to them individually and make separate calls, so they are not missed out from the communications and improve their business.
Ask to Microsoft:
- Why is product restricting to use only journeys to see the suppressed emails or from individual contact record?
- Why there is no option to view all suppressed / blocked emails in one place in CIJ?
