I am assuming that this Insights category does not refer to the soon-to-exit business intelligence feature from InsideView.

While we can access the individual fields from the Lead or Contact record that make up this composite field, it would be helpful in writing Flows or other views within D365 for Marketing to be able to access the Form Submission field directly.
