At the moment the system passes a journal as Validated despite the fact that it has 0 value lines. Validations should fail pointing out the 0 values. This is a time consuming when it comes to a large journal with one 0 value line which the system passed as Validated and then when we try and post it. It is better to have the same validations on Post action be as same as Validation action.

This is necessary. If you are importing a journal with thousands of lines on and you have one zero value line it validates but then fails during posting. This is time consuming and inefficient. Validation and posting rules should be the same. If it validates.. It should post.
