At the moment, in Omnichannel, user need to be assigned the Persona roles ((omnichannel agent, omnichannel supervisor by default) individually to be marked as Agent or Supervisor.


My idea: If someone is in a team that has these security roles marked as Persona roles, the person in that team is marked as an Agent or Supervisor in the system, so that you don't have to individually assign the roles in order to be able to add the users to queues etc. In other words: delegate the Persona from the team, to the user.


This would save the clients that work on team based security the effort of dealing with this exception to the rule.
