The lookupinfo.aspx file has a definition of 560 by 525 pixels, and most of the times, when it opens in a Inline Dialog it is fix to 550 by 550 pixels.
When you have a view with multiple fields, such as addresses, the information displayed on screen it is too small, and users have to scroll right and left, up and down, to find the right value. Even when they have use the search capability.
My proposition is to now day with bigger screens to make the Inline Dialogs windows bigger. We aren't in 2007 with CRM 3, and 1024 by 768 screen sizes anymore. We live in 2020 with FULL HD, 2K, or even 4K displays!!!
we can keep the ratio 1024x768 vs 550 by 550 with a full HD screen in something like 700 by 1000 px
(550x550 /1024x768 ) 34% ratio
(700x1000 / 1920x1080 ) 33.7% ratio
