As stated in "Tracing and logging" Microsoft Learn document, once the Plug-in Trace Log table overflows the 100GB limit, the system may disable logging to Plug-in Trace Log to prevent excessive database growth, with cases exceeding 1TB and even 2TB of capacity.

 

But this action is not notified to the user, causing confusion and time-consumption.

 

Therefore, I would like to propose a way to notify the customer when this happens, by sending an email or notification in-app, stating the reason why it is off and the current state of "Plug-in Trace Log" setting.

Maybe with suggestions on how to deal with this issue in the notification.
