When you hire a new employee and you type in the first and last name it returns with matches if both are the same. However if you make 1 typo no matches are found. Or even when a person has changed names, he doesn't find any matches anymore. Would be great if the algorithm would be more flexible, but also it could be good that it also takes the birth date into account to do a match.
