Unfortunately, we think that the logic as it is currently is still in need of revision.

 

If I get a lead duplicate during qualification, there must be the possibility to see as a user without technical understanding, which lead record is the duplicate.

 

The way via the console is good for us from a technical point of view, but on the customer's side this leads to constant inquiries to us.

 

However, we can't deactivate the duplicate rules either, since we need them when creating the lead record.

 

Is there a change intended so that the duplicate warning also shows more information when qualifying leads? This would solve the problem for us.
