Hello Customer Voice Team.
I am Premier Engineer for Customer Voice cases and in the last couple of weeks had conversations with Microsoft clients about the missing option to add specific HTML content in survey's page, questions and buttons.
The only option to add content is in the Email Template when sending the survey invite.
Are you thinking for such change in the front end ?
Is it possible to release it ?

Same here Stratsimir,
CV looks like it's a fantastic tool but it lacks options to white label it and conform with client specific accessibility requirements.
Let's hope this comes into the roadmap sooner rather than later =)
