To have more efficient and faster overview related to tasks and activities it would be useful to use more colored labels or icons. For example if task is about to due then there is clocl label going from green to red (in list views also, as well option to show next activity/task in opportunity list views, quote list views). Color helps to capture important stuff faster if you have hundreds of tasks or opportuntities.
