It would be nice to have the option to easily process a conventional periodic customer and/or vendor number tracking letter size notification based on (e.g. tasks, starting, ending dates, on-hold).

Not having the option to easily compose a conventional project number sequence notification to customers and potentially also vendors-employees when (e.g. task has been scheduled, started, completed, project starting, or projecting ending or on-hold), users may conventionally notify billing clients via email or phone.
