In Dynamics 365 Sales, the Opportunity Close form has a description field out of the box where a user can enter information about the closing action. The field has customization properties, but the system ignores the property changes to the field. Can we have the size of that 2000 character field display increased so you can see what you're typing? This can be done for us or by the system actually following the settings we assign the field. We should not need to use a custom Opportunity Close form to configure such a basic thing. It makes perfect sense to have this field much larger and multiple lines given the size of the field's character limitation.
