Right now you can add approved vendors to an item and restrict purchases from an unapproved vendor. It would be great to expand that ability to customers too. So a user can add approved customers to the item record and choose an "Approved Customer Check Method" of No Check, Warning, or Not Allowed. If they select Not Allowed, they cannot sell an item to an unapproved customer.

Blocking a generally available item from one or two customers may become a future need for my company as well, very quickly. I like the "Not Allowed" idea at the item/customer level. RG
