If personal views are shared with the user, they don't have the ability to unshare/hide/discard it. Only the owner of the personal view can revoke or assign the views to users. They can only see the deactivate/Delete optio9n in advanced find. So in case if one of the user share his view with all the other user and he leave the organization, so all users don't even have any work around or solution to remove them.

Hence there should be a functionality for the end users to discard or hide the personal views shared with them.
