We always spend a lot of time on training the users and the support desk on the new functionalities built in the system. The CRM always captures the events when we click on a table or its related attributes. This can be tracked over a period of time which defines the regular journey of any user when they typically log in. Can this be stored and shared as a Visio flowchart for the popular journey of the end user. This will save a lot of time on explaining to the user what they need to click next instead they have it as flow diagram on the steps to click on. So may be its a lead to invoice journey or customer service or field service. The user journey will be a guide for the user to go thru and need not rely on any training or guides or knowledge base to understand or revisit.
