I've realised this doesn't just extend to the "Files" entity used for Internet Marketing Files.  The same applies to many entities included as part of D365Mktng.

Examples include:

• Files


• Keywords


• Content Settings


• Form Pages


• CDN Configurations


• etc etc.

This applies particularly to Advance Find users, System Administrators and System Customisers using the Refreshed Web Client as well as Report Designers, PowerBI users etc. etc.
