If the customer Registered and Ship-to is Unregistered

Description---We are not able to select "Ship to gst customer type-Unregistered" in Customer ship to address. We are creating Sales order and bill to customer type is registered and ship to customer type is unregistered in this case we are not able to fill gst customer type as a unregistered.
