You need to be able to reopen closed opportunities that are lost. If a customer comes back to place an order, you want to be able to track the history with the prior opportunity entries instead of creating a new opportunity. Make Boolean Closed editable if the last Action Taken is Lost.. If a Closed, Lost opportunity is ReOpened, create a new Opportunity Entry with Action Taken = ReOpened and set the Sales stage reverted to previous stage.
