I entered this as Dynamics 365 Sales, but it would apply to any product that has a business closure calendar for scheduling.
The Business Closures are a great idea but need improvements:
1) Provide the ability to assign Business Closures by Organization and BU - for multi-national organizations, some holidays will vary by country. Allow us to set the organization-wide holidays at the Org level, and the country-specific holidays at the BU level. When calculating closures, combine the Org with the BU.
2) Allow the import of business closures. Multi-national firms will have a lot of calendar records to create, and forcing admins to create each holiday record, one-at-a-time is ridiculous for a sophisticated application like Dynamics.
