Inventory/qty 100 received on 20th December (on hand qty as on 20th was 100).

Create a movement journal with date before 20th Decemeber - (for example - create journal on 15th December)

Post a movement journal

Current Result -

After receiving the inventory on 20th, system is allowing to issue inventory 100 qty or less than 100 qty on past date when inventory on hand was zero.

System allowing to issue inventory on 15th December through movement journal even through Physical Negative inventory is not marked in Inventory model group. 

Expectation -

System should not allow since there was no on-hand quantity as on 15th dec.
