Wish there is an option to easily track and maintain fixed asset maintenance tracking (e.g. fixed asset technician, history comments, history maintenance date and scheduled dates, operator responsible, etc.).

Not tracking fixed asset maintenance, user might potentially track outside the system conventionally.
