When creating a dynamic marketing list and selecting fx all acounts with an open opportunity with opportunity product XX, then the members are returned more times.
An account is a member on the list for every opportunity product line.
This is an error, a member on a marketing list is unique, meaning that a member is on the list or is not on the list, they cannot be on the list more than ones.
Same issue is relevant for leads and contacts.
