When creating a dynamic marketing list and selecting fx all acounts with an open opportunity with opportunity product XX, then the members are returned more times.
An account is a member on the list for every opportunity product line.
This is an error, a member on a marketing list is unique, meaning that a member is on the list or is not on the list, they cannot be on the list more than ones.
Same issue is relevant for leads and contacts.

This is not a feature request it is a error in the solution. When using deep searched on dynamic marketing lists the returned members are not valid.
We have found out that a conversion to static marketing list returns the correct members.
