When contacts are merged in Customer Insights – Journeys, only analytics, segments, and journey data from the primary contact are retained; data from the secondary contact is not carried over.
This is a known and documented limitation of the platform.
Please can you look into ensuring when contacts are merging data from the secondary contact is carried over. As we have contacts who enter journeys twice and segments based on sent email results are not accurate after merging.
