I have a handful of customers who would like to set different postings settings per user. The accountant would like to inventory transactions post through to the GL, but does not want others posting through to the GL. We also have users the need to print posting reports differently.

We want ability to set Posting Setup by User. By default, all users should be setup with the current posting setup for all series and origins. In addition to this ability, we would like a copy feature to easily copy setup from one user to another for all series and origins.

"Administration >> Setup >> Posting >> Posting

Use the Posting Setup window to select how transactions will be posted and how posting reports will be printed for each transaction entry method within a particular Microsoft Dynamics GP series" for a specific user. Use the copy button to copy setup for all series and origins to another user.
