When creating a new contact from contacts list and having clicked Save & Close, the navigation in the ribbon displayed back on the contacts list is incorrect.
The navigation should display as Sales > Contacts
instead it displays Sales > Contacts > NewContactFullName
I encountered this issue on CRM 2015 on-premise.
