Customers who use CRM Online often experience issues when attempting to upload quality reports. It was found that the reports will not upload due to RDL Sandboxing being enabled for CRM Online servers. My ask is that in the future, we disable the requirement of RDL Sandboxing so customers have the freedom to import reports viable to their business need. This issue limits their ability of specific types of reports and has the potential to lose customers to other products.
