We would like to create a return order for an item without the customer should return the item psysically.
Today BC will put the item into a location and you should manuel adjust this away down to have your inventory correct.

This feature will help companies register defective products and provide compensations for the customers.
The methods from finance and operations are very operational, compared to current BC features that don't allow this without difficult workarounds.
