When you open a Sales Order form and click on [Orchestration Step Results], the list of records is limited to four only and is sorted by [Created On] Older to Newer. The suggestion is:

1- Make the list size dynamic to accommodate as many lines as possible according to the window size.

2- Sort the list by [Created On] Newer to Older so that the most recent step is at the top of the list.
