When we transfer goods between one warehouse to another located in different country (customs jurisdiction), but owned by the same legal entity i.e. UK warehouse to USA warehouse, using transfer order functionality, we have to manually create a proforma invoice to accompany goods as they transit through customs borders. There's no sale transaction between the two sites, just transfer of goods between warehouses.

Currently, I see no such functionality in D365 transfer orders. I strongly suggest including this functionality or report for generating proforma invoice document for 'customs purposes only' as an option which will save a lot of time in creating the invoices manually.

Upon shipment of the transfer order a proforma confirmation report can be generated with relevant address and line details taken from from the transfer order. Prices can be picked up from trade agreements for each line items where a transfer order pricing group can be set-up.

Hope this is something considered in future releases.
