Form templates - set the target audience based on form template and not default form setting

Form templates should set the target audience based on the form template and not the default form settings.


Example:

Today If I have my default settings on marketing forms to target leads, if I then create a form template with audience targeting contact it will follow the default settings and not the form templates.


This means if the form templates do not match your form settings it will be useless.
